Where are Driver ratings stored in the program files

In Nascar Racing 2003, Opponent manager there is a place to change Ratings. Does anyone know if there a utility that will work with changing the rating so you can see all of them at oncel instead of individually. I would like to be able to manage the rating in a much easier way.
