86XJ auto to Manual by
gosling1
I have an 86XJ 2.8 with an auto. I just accquired an 86 XJ w/2.5 5spd. The
2.8 is fresh but the tranny is pretty much a goner. The 2.5 XJ is all but
gone also. Just about the only thing usable is the running gear. I would
like to swap my auto for the 5 spd. Is there anything I need to be...

Installing Fog Lights by
Eric
First, let me say I searched, top to bottom, the list of links Bill posted
here a while back (usually my first spot to check) and didn't see anything.
I could always google it, but wanted to see if anyone had any good info on
how to install aftermarket fog lights on a TJ (1999, if it matters)? ...

Bah.. me battery died. by
DougW
That's what I get for leaving the back hatch slightly open. Although
it should have had enough juice to run the inside lights just overnight. :/
Gonna have to design a shutoff circuit for that. Something in line with the
fuse that has a timer and a relay. Or a voltage sensor.
Anyhoo, tried to...

Heated Garage or not? by
Kevin S
I just had the heater man out to fix my heat, and I talked to him about
adding a heat register for my garage. He said he could probably add it for
$200-$300 and it would just use hot water returning to the boiler from any
of the other zones, so it would essentially heat a bit anytime an of...

Diff Oil escaping vent tube by
Rusted
Just as it started to get cold I noticed that gear oil is coming out the top
of the vent tube. It has been enough to cover my mud flap, and leave a 6"
circle on the driveway floor. Any ideas why this would be happening now?
Approx 8 months ago I changed the fluid when I replace axle seals,...

My 2002 TJ is having a strange problem with its blinkers. When ever you

suggestions?
Many thanks!
