Window installation by Busdriver
My '70 bus rear window-seal is leaking. I saw the water dripping out of the seal on the inside. So I would like to change the window seal. Do I need to put a sealant inside the seal groove (window groove or body groove)? Or should it seal just fine the way it is? Thanks

Brake lights by Busdriver
Hello, The Brake lights on my '70 Bus (daily driver 70mi/day) work, but only if I depress the pedal pretty hard. I replaced the front pads in May and bled the system at the same time. Have readjusted all brakepads almost two months ago. The pedal feels nice and firm, no pumping required. The...

Radio Shack Voltage Inverter FS by Busman
Allows use of 12 volt radio in 6 volt system. Caution - this will not store presets on a modern system as you'd need 2 power sources. Works fine on manual tune systems though. I was planning to use 2 in my 63 bus but found an old Pioneer stereo that will work just fine with the other one I have....

Okay. 1969 bone, stock, standard beetle would start up fine, run well, accelerate well, even up hills. After 10 or so miles, a sort of hesitation would creep in that felt like onset fuel starvation. Checked fuel filter, found rust. Replaced filter. Checked fuel, tank- found rust. Replaced fuel...
