Mazda 2 - Increasing coolant strength by Emrys Davies
The manual of this car suggests that you go to your dealer re- this subject, but I only need to increase the coolant strength from its -17°c to cater for expected -18°c and basic instructions would be appreciated. The car is fairly new and I know how the radiator drains excess moisture into the...

Great looking Miata, errrr, Alfa you have there! by Chris D'Agnolo[_2_]
Great idea in my opinion. Both companies have a great opportunity here! As whacky as Mazda styling is getting, the Alfa has my attention even after many years of Miatas! The engine being by Alfa / Fiat has me just a touch worried but it seems Fiat has gotten it's act together these days, long as...

Voting and drinking! by XS11E[_1_]
My Miata is now old enough to do both! Well, maybe. I really don't know the month it was born and do I count date of manufacture or date of original sale? -- XS11E, Killing all posts from Google Groups The Usenet Improvement Project:

Add-on fan by Mac[_2_]
Wanted to see if anyone has added an extra fan to a 1990 Miata. Looking to add one to help with cooling when the AC is on. Where would be a good palce to tie into for power. Thanks.

FS: 2006 True Red MX-5 Miata Sport - East Tennessee USA by John McGaw
I realize that this isn't meant as a For Sale forum but, given that nobody seems to post anything at all here I don't see how it can hurt. Financial realities have convinced me to sell off my lovely little Miata. After being a Miata owner since 1991 that is going to be difficult but needs...

Timing belt issue by Mac[_2_]
1990 Mazda Miata. Changed out the timing belt yesterday and in the process got the cams off. Had the cams clamped in place and tied together but the wrenches slipped. I know, should of also marked the gears. After getting the belt on we aligned it by the cam marks but it seems to be running...

Moved to Baltimore - need mechanic by Frank Berger[_2_]
Can anyone recommend a mechanic to service my MSM (with FM little enchilata upgrade) in the Baltimore area? Will a dealer have any problem with the upgrades, if I can't find anyone else? I'm overdo for service, but it's running great. Lots more pretty drives around here than Dallas, but I...

My new toy... by Alan Baker
I'm afraid my 1990 is not going to get as much TLC as I'd originally planned. Taking the race driving course at Laguna Seca has changed my priorities, and so I've bought this: <http://www.flickr.com/photos/23487697@N07/sets/72157631147132016/> A 1989 Van Diemen RF89 (with RF90 front...

More laps at Laguna Seca by Alan Baker
I forgot all about the video in my GoPro. I had assumed that because I found the camera pointing skyward when I went to turn it off, the mount must not have been tight enough and the must have blown it back. But I had just bumped it getting out of the...
