2003 supercharger on a 96 4.6dohc by dave
Will a 2003 cobra supercharger fit on 96 4.6 cobra dohc? they have one for sale on ebay for 1700 and it might be worth it if I only have to make a few modifications? My biggest concern is the manifold lining up with my head. I know the 03 cobra has the iron block. anybody know?

....and three vehicles need to be inspected... CFrog passed with flying colors, and is now in the transmission shop. Naturally, the trans is in BAD shape (duh - some twit waited far too long to have it serviced and just kept abusing it, month after month), so it needs a very thorough overhaul....

97 Ford Mustang - Problems by verticalmojo
I have a 97 Ford Mustang GT and its has about 125k miles on it. All I have done to it is put in a K&N filter. I finally have the money to fix some things that I see that are wrong with it. 1. Some days (especially humid or cold) the car doesn't seem to stay running when I start it. If I hold down...

69 Mach1 roof oil cans. Is there supposed to be a roof bow in it? by Dan[_3_]
Hi, I paint cars on the side and I went to look a 69 Mach1. The roof oil cans easy. I mean I can push in down, it stays, but can easily be popped back up. I noticed there are NO roof bows in it. My 67 and 68 have at least one roof bow. Did they omit them in 69? Would a roof bow from a 67/68 fit a...

99GT won't run at idle by Randy Replogle
I went to drive my son's 99 GT last night. It started but died when I let off of the accelerator. It ran as long as I gave it some gas, however. After some time of holding the pedal down and warming up, it would idle for a short while at slow rpms then die. Is a sensor of some type going out or...

'67 Mustang Electrical Problems by Bob Vitas
About a month ago, my '67 Mustang convertible decided not to start anymore. First thing that happened... when I turned the key to start her up, the starter solenoid went "pop" in a flash of light and a bit of smoke. I figured the solenoid was fried, and got a new one. Turned the key and got the...

Snow Tire and Winter Driving Suggestions for a 2006 Pony by Al Antosca
Well, winter is on its way and as much as I hate it, my new 2006 V6 Pony Pack equipped Mustang is my only vehicle. It's going to have to commute 60 miles a day up here in New Hampshire. This means snow tires! The driving will be town roads and a trip down Rt.3. The Pony Pack included the...

Convertible hydraulic fluid? by Jay Honeck
Our convertible top is running in super slow-mo. I looked at the motor today, and it says "fill with xyz fluid" -- but I couldn't find any reservoir to fill. What's the procedure for adding fluid to this beast? What kind of fluid does it take? Thanks! -- Jay Honeck

Adding Leather Seats to a 2000 Mustang Convertible by Jay Honeck
We bought our 2000 Mustang convertible on a whim three years ago, and it's been a great little car every since. A previous (crazy) owner tricked it out with all the Cobra upgrades, including the suspension and alloy wheels, and it's been mechanically perfect. We store it all winter, and it's...
