a whirring sound. The shop replaced the timing belt, water pump,
battery, and starter. $750 and a week later, it's running again.

it was diagnosed with a defective secondary air pump and thermostat. I
had them replace the secondary air pump only. The thermostat was not

get 400k+ miles out it. However, 3 weeks ago a driver in a '98 Jeep Wrangler
lost control on some 'black ice' and crossed into her lane,...

Wiper inserts for 2001 Jetta by
[email protected]
I'm trying to find wiper blade inserts for a 2001 Jetta. Being new to
VW I am not sure which of the various inserts on offer will fit. The
wiper blade is branded "Valeo". Is this an OEM blade? Since I can't
find Valeo branded inserts, can I substitute Bosch inserts?
Thanks,

Hi everyone.
My 91 Golf has the following problems:
1) The passenger floorboard has slowly been taking on water. It's not
