Yet another excellent Steeda product by
I just finished installing a Steeda adjustable clutch cable (old one
snapped). Already have an aluminum clutch quadrant. I must say it is VERY
nice. Pedal effort is about 2x less. Feels real good too. Hurray, Steeda!

Year of Manufacture Licence Plate program - Good news! by
MJT
Here in Ontario the Ministry of Transportation has a YOM program (Year of
Manufacture) and the 1965 plates I picked up for $25Cdn at an antique shop
were just approved and will soon reside on my 1965 Mustang.
While the original blue background with white lettering will not exactly be
a match for...

Yeah, yeah, I'm the Mustang guy... but elitist, too? by
dwight[_5_]
I don't know about you-all, but I'm the "Mustang guy" at work. Famous for my
twin '93s, of course, and no one else there has anything like a Mustang.
(There was a guy with a Mazda RX8, but he didn't last long.)
So, naturally, when a new hire was talking about looking at cars -
specifically...

Yahoo! Autos Best Used Cars by
Ðavïd[_2_]
Ford Mustang
Car writers say nothing looks, drives or feels like a Ford Mustang, whether
you buy one new or used. More importantly, buying used rather than new will
help you get that retro-cool vibe the current Mustang is known for.
According to Edmunds, any Mustang made between 1986 and 2004...

X Plan purchase?? by
yahoo xxxchangeit
OK....want to order a convert for delivery around April/May.....am sure
there won't be any deals for a long time.
My company does business with FoMoCo so we are eligible to buy anything

I have no idea how that works - would it be a good deal (or at least,
would I not get...

WTF? Pinging 351W by
Blue Mesteno
My 400cid 351 Windsor stroker is only running 9.2:1CR but it's pinging like
crazy on the 85 octane here in Colorado. I've checked the gaps on my plugs
and the points, retarded my timing so far back it's probably -4 initial
(timing light doesn't go below 0). It STILL pings!!!! WTF!!!

WTF! A Mid-Engine, TT, V6 Vette? by
NoOp[_2_]
http://www.autoweek.com/article/20100317/CARNEWS/100319875
I think Team Vette has done a masterful job over the past decade or
so, but what are they thinking with switching to a mid-engine design
and dumping the V8 for a twin-turbo V6?

WTB: Mustang hood scoop by
Lance
I'm looking for a hood scoop for a late model Mustang (79-86) located
in Canada. I'm in the maritimes, so that would be ideal, but willing
to go that extra mile for a good used one. If you can help, let me
know. Just remove the "nospam"
Thanks,

WTB: C4 transmission for 200cu.in. straight 6 by
Andrew
Hi everyone,
Really hoping someone can help me locate a good, working C-4
transmission for my '65 coupe with a 200cu.in. straight 6.
Good working condition means it was removed from a car in good working
order, not necessarily rebuilt but for a good price will consider all.
Please email me...

WTB: 95 power seat track by
Armon Tanzerian
I need either the whole track assy, or some parts for one. Namely the nylon
stripmaster 5000 gear that drives the screw back and forth. AND the lift
transmission. My motors / cables are fine. If you have a track that is
good, but the motor (s) are dead, that might work!
