Steering stabilizer? by
Greg[_1_]
I had a steering stabilizer in my CJ before I started doing frame swap,
bought a new one, but can't remember how it was put on, accually I know how
it was put on but not whether the shock is extended 1/2 way and bolted down,
or part way, or 3/4 way out?

Axle Ratio Change '04 TJ by
Frank_v7.0
I got my "build sheet" from Jeep and I have a 3.07 axle ratio and an
Anti-Spin Differential Rear Axle. This is in a 6cyl Wrangler with no
lift and 225 75-16 tires. I'd like to have a 3.73 axle ratio so I could
use 5th gear for something more than flat highway driving. Do I need to
do anything...

Update: 91 Wrangler failed emissions by
[email protected]
Good news/Bad news
Good news: I passed VA emissions. I ended up changing the O2 sensor,
plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor, and a bottle of "Guaranteed
to Pass". I feel like I'm getting +5 mpg. When I went to change the
O2 sensor, I found it unplugged. I'm not sure when it happened,...

4.0L Oil Filter Adapter O Ring replacement - problem with the Torx bolt by
98XJ
I've read that this is probably the easiest oil leak fix on the 4.0L.
It looks easy, too - IF I just could get that Torx bolt to break free.
On my XJ it is very close quarters between the Torx and the fender
well, so I can't use the socket. I've shot the bolt and adapter
housing with PB for days,...

Where in the world do you mount... by
Kate[_5_]
Your CB radio?
I've been looking all over inside my TJ, can't find a place that won't get
kicked or knocked around by a seat folding forward.
I really don't want to make any more damage than necessary.
Suggestions?
Thanks!

PO301 Misfire, cylinder 1 2001 XJ Sport 4.0 by
Stevil
Hello All,
Got the old check engine light, read the code and it's a Misfire in
cylinder 1, so I'm thinking I'll replace the distributor, rotor, leads
and spark plug, simple enough, 'cept when I pop the hood it sure
doesn't look like my 1990 XJ under there, no distributor and an odd
box like...
