Possibly your brake pad warning tabs contacting the rotor...How many
miles on it?

Could be a dozen different things. Need more detail.

Does it happen only when you are braking?
Does it happen when you are making a turn?
Does it happen at high or low speeds, or all the time?
Do you feel any shimmy in the steering wheel?
Can you remember if you recently hit anything? Pothole? Curb? Cat?
