You're apparently too stupid to read either the Lemon Law, or the EPA
warranty, both of which provide provisions for dealing with this type of
situation (i.e., you're probbably entitled to your money back, or a
replacement car), and apparently, you're too dumb to even try a
different dealer.

Given Saturn sells plenty of cars in NY state, they apparently meet CARB
standards (NY state's emissions are the same as Cali's and have been
since '96).

Given the dealer's replacing 'the computer', it's pretty obvious that
he's lost. He says it pasases the smoke and leak tests? Then why is he
still replacing components? Either the system passes or it doesn't.
And if it's tight, then the trouble is either:

* A sensor
* The cabling to the sensors.

$5 says it's the second.
