I have removed master cylinders complete with the the pedal extensions by
removing the pedal shaft bolts at the top rather than removing the shaft
pivot pin etc as described in instruction #3. The hydraulic lines have to be
undone from below the car as likewise the clutch linkage and the two master
cylinder chassis mounting bolts. The master cylinder can then be manouvered
out. Watch out for dripping brake fluid in the eyes.
