ROTFLMAO...you stupid ****! It's all about revenue
generation...do esad. I can't STAND idiots like
you....****ing auto drivers. Ought to be a law against your
damn cars, trucks etc. too many damn wheels.

No it doesn't and no it isn't.

WOW! The utter stupidity of you people in the auto groups is
astounding! No wonder I can't stand soccer moms in
mini-vans...they are almost as stupid, ignorant and servile
civil slaves as their husbands. I do hope you get neutered
before you reproduce you ignorant, thick headed, mouth
breathing, pig ****ing, **** eating cager.

He - the cop - did not make the decision to sit at the side of the road,
his superiors did. He was doing his job, so if there's a complaint, it
needs to go further up the ladder than just this cop or "cops" in

Absolutely, but the problems are all interconnected. To a large part any
irregularities in smooth traffic flow are dangerous. By commenting that
reducing speeding reduces accidents, I don't mean to imply that this is
the *only* thing that should be targeted, or that it should *always* be
targeted. Speeding through residential areas - *definitely* should be
ticketed, for example. Slow drivers in the left lane of the highway -
*definitely*. And so forth.

Sure would, I agree.

I doubt it. Besides, I can assure you that neither leo nor Justin are
regular posters in rec.autos.driving. Since you evidently are posting
from rec.motorcycles, then by process of elimination, the stupidity is
originating from posters reading misc.legal.

I dunno<tongue in cheek> if you rode a motorcycle you would
never cease to be amazed at the stupidity of people who
don't ride. I only know half a dozen lawyers that ride, no
judges and the only police officer who rode died in a single
vehicle roll over(Ford exploder) so no...it's generally the
cagers and **** house lawyers that are stupid. Most
motorcyclists are not stupid just miss-informed.

In this country, at least as it was designed, it is not up to the
defendant to admit guilt. It is up to the government to prove it.

In any case, if all those people had admitted guilt and paid the fine,
the cop would not have been out doing crime prevention. He would have
been out getting more revenue by writing more tickets.

From what?
Have you been driving so long that you can remember when traffic cops
*didn't* do what they are doing now?
