Now, if I were in a hydroplaning situation with the CC *off*, I would immediately come off the gas pedal, not apply any brakes and let the weight of the car bring me back into road contact. In the same situation with CC *on* and trying to keep rotational speed constant, that would work against me. Also, my reaction time could be slower because I would not feel the gas pedal kicking back. Bottom line...can we say that in inclement weather, CC should *off*? |
