against endangerment did not already serve, and instead only serves

Well, as a new inhabitant of corporate america, I can most assuredly
tell you that we can't inhale the contents of the government's
wallets, but the reverse statement can not be truthfully made. :-/

Also, you at least have some choice with corporate america. Can't say
the same for da gubment.
