840Ci and 840Ci Sport; what are the differences?
Would somebody be so kind to list the differences between the 840Ci
and 840Ci Sport? Did the Sport replace the 840Ci or were they sold side-by-side? If they were sold side by side, were there standard items on the sport that you could option on the 'normal' 840Ci? Was the Sport sold in the US? Many thanks! |

Lower, firmer "sport" suspension, with no self levelling. Possible lower profile tyres and lower overall ride height. 2. Close ratio manual gearbox, sometimes with an extra cog (e.g. 6 instead of 5 gears) 3. One models before ASC / DSC, limited slip differential. 4. Sport decals on boot. |
