Moderation is someone deciding which posts get to show up on the server.
That moderation can be strictly objective, where the moderator
enforces the group's policy even-handedly (rare) or the one where the
moderator's personal feelings overshadow their objectivity, which is a
bit more common. But ANYONE or ANYTHING (such as a cancelbot) removing
posts is moderating a group.

You could just killfile him and be done with it instead of whining, you
know. Or leave and go hang out in the forum you registered for if you

On the other hand, you may just like to whine. If so, go for it. This

Then who is moderating it? And who decides what is offensive or what

They had a policy against naming names, that they pulled out of their
sleeves, once I started posting what had happened. It's all public record,
it was all public record once it happened and everybody involved knew the
guy's name. They wanted me to repost the article without names, location or
any of the good stuff that made it interesting. I figure the public has a
right to know, when they are getting lousy service on the taxpayer's nickle.
I figure the public really has a right to know, when the people who are
supposed to help them, are out to kill them.
