i do not *add* salt to anything...not that most foods don't have enough
already...i *LOVE* Virginia country ham.....but i avoid it...<sigh>

I work for a company up here that makes spiral sliced hams. They have a
couple varieties that are low in salt. They are very good. One can
actually taste the meat.

I remember when I used to have to buy the tinned hams. Those things were
90% salt and 10% ham, weren't they?

seems that way....my wife thinks is "gross" that i absolutely LOVE unsalted
patato chips.....

That's why I like our hams. If you've ever had a Mickleberry ham, they are
in the same league. Mickleberry is better known than Rose.
