Probably not.

IIRC from my National Guard time, the pre-CJ jeeps used a larger 5 1/2" bolt
circle to clear the larger hub diameters. and yours is probably more like 4
1/2" diameter.

A quick check, if you have the rims handy, is to measure the distance
between the holes and the center hole diameter.

If they aren't the same, they won't fit.

Contrary to what some think, the load is supported by the hub hole and not
the lugnuts and if the hole is too large then the weaker lugnuts have to
carry the weight.
