Lovely series of pictures, André. I especially enjoyed the Fiat PF spiders,
one of the prettiest designs of all time in my opinion. And then there was
that beautiful Aurelia GT that I wanted all to myself. I remember dreaming
of working one of those cars up through the Alps back in those days but I
never got the chance and when I almost bought a Fiat spider I remembered the
horrible winters we had in Edmonton and decided to remain practical and
stick with the Volvo. Your pictures help bring back lots of memories
though.

For some reason the Fiat cabriolets are a bit underrated. The design
is elegant and crisp and perhaps even timeless but similar offerings
from Alfa Romeo and Lancia are more cherished.

André.
