Default 2001 GLE VW Golf losing power, missing.

Hi, I have a 2001 VW GOLF GLE 2.0L.
I will be in any gear driving along and it will lose power, like it
was missing, and it will sorta shake the car. It also idles roughly.
What could it be? I only have 75000 K’s on it and i have had nothing
but problems. Spark plugs? clutch?
