Default 91 auto tranny problem

I have an 91 that I plow with and all it wants to do is go forward in any
gear even in park you can feel it trying to go forward. Is it scrap or
not. Help

If you don't fix it it's scrap. If you fix the tranny it's not. Could
your shifter cable simply be broken or disconnected?
