Default Alfa service and repair in Shropshire

As I was passing the other day I noticed that Hylton in Shrewsbury
(Featherbed Lane / Sundorne retail park) have whacked a placard
outside their place advertising the fact that they're an authorised
Alfa service centre.

This is (potentially) good news, since Alfa dealers in Shropshire have
all died a death in the last couple of years. First Inchcape in
Shrewsbury, then Hylton in Telford. I've been using All Electric in
Kidderminster, but it's not exactly convenient given that I live in
Telford.

Interesting, although I never had much faith in Hylton Telford's short
lived affair with alfas...

All electric seem to be pretty good, and the service manager was
helpful (genuine alfisti i think!).

But having said that the job which they did (air bag connector
problems under the seats) failed again after the first fix when
driving home from the garage, necessitating another 70 mile round
trip.
