Default Problem: 146 Ti holds back..!?

YO alfa buddy's

I have a problem with my 1996 Alfa 146 Ti wich i own since 1999. 160.000
km, plugs changed at 120.000.

PROBLEM:
When the moter is warmed up (>80 deg. celcius) the car is holding back
between 1500-3000 rpm. We are sitting in the car getting completely shaked.
Driving to work i get there completely woken up...
When i kick the throttle to the bottem this phenomenon dies. When driving
on the highway i don't have the problem.

I allready changed the gas throttle potentiometer because this was the fault
after reading out the motor management..... After this potentiometer-change
i got rid of this holding back for some weeks, but now it's (F#CK'n) back
again...?

Someone had the same problem? Or a good idea ? Could is be the air
sensor..?

Many thanks in advance,
Stephan.

If this only happens when warm, I wonder if the cold start system is not
switching off properly

There is no extra fuel consumption since this holding back started, so could
it still be the cold start system ?
