Red Bull Racing Team’s Scott Speed takes passengers on rides in his
Red Bull NASCAR race car through the streets of downtown Chicago.

That car looks like a NASCAR stocker, but I have my doubts. First,
NASCAR stockers are not street-legal (e.g., no headlamps); second,
a NASCAR splitter would never clear slightly-raised manhole covers
or other common surface irregularities.

But, it sure looks like fun.

I didn't think NASCAR cars have two seats. I thought it was just the driver.

My guess is that this is a car that is used to teach people to race for
weekend classes as well as to take people around tracks.
