Well, Billy, putting something together does not necessarily mean you
understand it. After all, an electric eel can knock you across the room,

Sorry, 24B, that was just lil' ol' me having fun with our toy, and it's
better we do it here than elsewhere.

I wish he hadn't caught on 'til the next follow-up, I was gonna dump a
