This is that gorgeous special sedan with the lowered beltline that Mercury
introduced in 1955 prior to introducing the Phaeton 4d hardtop on the same
body in 1956. There was nothing else quite like it, a look that made this
car look much lower and heavier than it really was. It was only available
in the Montclair series. This is a great car and a great photo, Ken.
