So now Jaybird's an expert on Hooter's serving policies - is there
something you want to tell us?

Predictably, Jaybird is telling us the cop wasn't drunk.

I've already said it. Hooters won't serve more than one pitcher per person
per table.

I'm telling you that the Round Rock Police Department said they didn't have
enough probable cause to believe the driver was intoxicated.

It's illegal for anyone in Texas to sell alcohol to minors. Are you ok?

Scott? When did you change your name?

It sure is. I guess we have two constants then. Hooters wouldn't have
served him more than one pitcher, and then there wasn't enough probable
cause for intoxication.

According to the article referrenced, he was drinking with other cops,
so more than one pitcher definitely could have been available to him.

Well of course. If what you guys say about cops is true though, he'd have
had a hard time drinking more than his share. )
