It definitely is a Packard. The bumper, grille, and side hood vents 31,32,33. They had a lot of coach builders, and models were not by year but their own chassis changes so I can't put an exact year, but I have a photo of a 33 that is very very similar in the door openings. Different coach builder had different ways of designing the doors. The photo I have in a book is the short chassis Eight also the center hub of the wheels are the same where the 31 and 32 do not look quite the same bearing a red more prominent size.
