Many years ago I was a go-fer for a VW mechanic, and one day his muscular younger brother was there for an engine pull. When it came time to lower the engine, his brother went under and lowered the engine onto his chest and we lifted the car away. Voila! (Course, we had to leave him there until he cried Uncle! Mean kids we were.) |

"John Stafford" > wrote in message ... > You carry the engine up the steps? Remind me not to tick you off! sounds more spectacular than it really is... only about six steps... reason I can't put the headers on the engine is because the doorway isn't wide enough, I have to turn sideways to get through the doorway.... I do install the heaterboxes or J-tubes so I have somewhere to hold on to... |
