Yes, we in Canada, an net exporter of oil are at the mercy if price
increases just like Americans. Premium today was (converted to U.S.
gallons/$'s) $3.81/gal.

Develop those oil sands in alberta... article I read says at $40 a bbl,
that deposit would increase canada's reserves to more than saudi arabia's
