Terms & Conditions

? Once a ticket has been bought you will be emailed a ticket, please print
this off as your proof of purchase

? You will also be required to supply the following information. Name,
Address, Contact Number and Email address. These details will NOT be passed
to any third party.

? The raffle will be drawn on the last day when the very last raffle ticket
is sold.

? If the raffle does not sell all the tickets within 4 weeks the all money
will be refunded in full.

? The winner will be drawn by an independent company and audited by a
registered accountant

? The winner will be notified via email and phone within 3 days of the
ticket being drawn.

? Delivery will be within 7-10 days max

? Any UK duties/ UK registration will be paid by BMW Europe.

? Raffle tickets are not refundable.

? A % will be given to a local charity in the winner's local area.
