Wow. Take care of yourself, Pat. It sounds awful, man. My daughter had it a
few years ago and it was no fun at all. Lasted about a month, and she was a
very active teenager.

Strangely enough I'm still ambulatory. In fact I've got a serious case of
cabin fever, having been more or less confined to the house for a few weeks.
Going to Palos Verdes today would be too strenuous but a short jaunt to
someplace informal where I could leave quick if I started feeling bad isn't
out of the question --- depending of course on how good or bad our air is
today, what with the fires and all.

Truly.

Good, strong, healing vibes headed your way.

I'm staying home with my wife and her
one-good-leg-in-the-aftermath-of-foot-surgery.

Getting old is inconvenient, but an improvement over the alternative.

Sorry to hear that, Pat. Look after yourself, and get well soon.

Well, I wasn't able to go to Palos Verdes either; stayed home for my son's
birthday. C'est la vie.

My daughter improved a lot after we got her a nebulizer with Albuteral. That
took about a week.
