That story was released a late last week.

The jist is that the supreme court ruled that a local/state government could
claim emminent domain for the purpose of (promoting private construction)
projects that would enhance the local/state taxes.

fyi: I dont agree with that ruling.

ps- I think anybody who *does* agree with the ruling in question
shoudl be tazered. Repeatedly. I volunteer. :-)

I think this law should be expanded to include "original domain". Under
this, Native Americans could claim and build a casino where they want
as long as it makes money for the tribe. More Karma?
