Default Enforcement finally

Washington State Patrol is running an emphases on left lane lurkers. While the State law says that it is illegal to drive "slower" than the posted if not passing, the patrol is issuing tickets for any speed in the left lane if not passing.

First day of it, I followed a car out of town in posted 55, yep, car ahead stayed in left lane, no traffic except us and was at 45 (there is a curve with informational 45 posted just out of town). I flashied the hell out of it with no result. They finally pulled into right lane when we left the curves about a mile up the road. I couldn't get the license or I would have mailed a letter to WSP. I have done that in the past.
