I'd like binaries, but there are only a couple of them that I really wanted (electronics schematics, and old radio pictures.) -- I'm never going to grow up. |

Well that's a terrible thing to say here...
but, I'm still running 93 and 96 Camry commuters and my final VW (the 79 4 door with GTI transplants) sold for enough to cover all I had into it (including paint, but nothin for my restoration labor) and I am currently VWless myself and intend to stay that way. Unless something comes along REALLY nice and stupidly cheap. They eat up a lot of time (not even counting driving). : ) "DogDiesel" > wrote in message ... > > "In2hoppn" > wrote in message > news:vsqdnZqJWLnstGbQnZ2dnUVZ_gqdnZ2d@metrocastcab levision.com... >> LOL! >> Over a year later and I come back to find this thread still almost at the >> top of the list. >> Where had everyone gone???? >> Don't know, but seems everyone, and everyone that was left, has now gone! >> >> >> > > I got rid of my last VW Diesel golfs . They eat up a lot of time (not even > counting driving). : ) > > Bingo!!!!! I think we have a winner!!!!!!! I am so happy with my 7 year old Toyota , That so far has needed only front pads, and rotors. Once. Cabin filter, once, And Tires. pretty soon. And oil changes , That I splurged on a set of plugs. last fall. Now I worry about mowing the lawn . Not rebuilding the car and wondering if it will get here, Or will I fall through the floor and run myself over. my life is changed forever. I aint going back. Unless they offer a Diesel Rabbit for $ 14, 000 And they wont. |
