And a screech question
Even with new drive/serpentine belts which were installed after a
recent timing belt repair, I still find my '90 Lude will make a screech when pulling out from a dead stop if there's also a load involved, which is to say if I'm starting up a slight incline or other effort for the car to move. It's not bad, sounds like a belt slipping, but with new belts I now wonder. A poor pulley bearing? Anyone had this type of noise and tracked it down? TIA |
