Freaking rFactor79 Demo problem

As un sophisticated as I am, I installed the 79 F1 demo, and since last
night everyone "ONLINE" was whining about everyone had same car when they
showed up to the server, I thought hell, I will nip that in the bud. I sold
the friggin car, you get 190k or less credits for that 210k car you were all
stuck with, BTW... so I have NO car, and I never even got to drive the
mother-f###er. Shame too, so I uninstalled, still NOPE.

I could build another Identity, but that sucks...

any suggestions?

Can't you just pick any car, owned or not, in the 79 Mod?

An alternative is the ISI_BABYFACTORY trick

But,well, while I was waiting for the answer, I found the $ line in my
player.plr file, changed it from 184,000 (not enough to buy a car) to
500,000 and I was able to get the fuh-rhar-ree...

Ill never be an f1 driver, even back in the 70's ROFLMAO, Geeezuz I am slow,
my reflexes are more geared to nascar, GTLegends type cars, Heheheh...

Anyone else run the nascar mod this weekend online? Serious bugs, if people
jump the start (which they did all night) YOU GET DQ'd, not them jumpers...
was fun when things went well though...
