Well, I corrected some things. The FOV and screen hight were wrong.
FOV was 61, and should have been 57, while screen hight was 0.147000
(7.35%), while it should have been 0.141488 (7.0744%).
It looks like FFB settings should be the default ones, so now I have
118/100/100/100.
All this is just right, I don't know if there is something to be
improved, but I'll try to find out (I'll again take a look at
cockpitLookDeadZone).

Ok, I've been busy.
Becuase I've set the perspective (screen hight) and latency
(cockpitLookDeadZone), I've finaly found out the correct way to set FFB. All
four have to be the same. So, now my settings are 117/117/117/117.
Also, I figured out how FOV affects FFB. Too low FOV and FFB is too
tight, car wants to snap out. Too high FOV and you get slack. My FOV is
somewhere between 61 and 62. Too bad you cannot set it more precisely in
iRacing.
But, I also found out that, if you set Spring and Damper too low,
you get slack. I didin't have time today, I'll continue tomorow, but I
presume that also, if you set Spring and Damper too high, car gets too
tight. So, tomorow I'll see if you can correct incorrect FOV by rising and
lowering Spring and Damper.
