Default JK Roof Rack

I have installed a Yakima overhead rack system mounted on the
raingutters. Since top is fiberglass, and so are the gutters, will
this limit the load I can carry (like a spare tire)? Would i be
better with a rail system?

Sure will.

Odds are if you put a wheel up there it will eventually fatigue the
fiberglass and break off. That's why they have rail systems.
THe Yakima rack is good for camping gear (tents, coolers, etc)
