Default 55 plymoth disc brake conversion

I have a 55 plymoth plaza with drum brakes on the front. It has a
king pin suspension. I am looking to convert my front brakes to disc.
I was wondering if anyone has done a conversion or knows someone that
has done one on a king pin style suspension. what kind of front end
they used, how did it work out and so on. thanks.
